National Caopacity Building

The Second Blog of National Capacity Building was successfully held at Langkawi from 23 to 27 July 2009. Congratulations.

For your kind information the final blog will be held from the 3- 6 December 2009. We are in the process of negotiating with the hotels. We would appreaciate if you could block your calendar for the final blog.

    I cannot resist making this comment. Looking at these new photos from Langkawi, everyone seemed very relaxed (as compared to the 1st session photos, where everyone seemed very serious?).Perhaps we have "broken the ice" or just that we are all cool guys n gals...
