This association was an idea of all the participants who attended the National Capacity Building for Technology Transfer office in A' Famosa Malacca from the 25 - 28 May 2009 organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). We formed this association as the first step forward for Intellectual Property Monetization
